Jaspen's first few days

Life is so full of love around here. We are all so in love with Jaspen. Such a perfect soul to join our family! Just a few of the moments from the last few days! 

This is one big sister who was MADE to be a big sister!! Oh my she loves and cares for him so much! I don't think she will ever leave his side!

Jaspen Everest has arrived!

My last belly photo, here I am waiting for the midwives to arrive...  40 weeks, 2 days.

After just about 2.5 hours of labor, this beautiful soul was born into my arms in the birth pool. Quiet, content and just perfect! 

Jaspen Everest arrived at 1:21 am. on February 24th 2017. Weighing in at 8lbs 4oz and 20.75 inches long. Life is so amazing and beautiful!

The little tiny diapers I made him, that fit all my other kids for at least 3 weeks, will not fit him for long! He is girthy!

Katara LOVES him. You would think this situation happened because she wanted mommy. But you would be wrong, She wanted Jaspen. Sweetest sister ever, holding his hand and falling asleep. 

We are resting and adjusting to this new little person in our home. His soul is content and quiet. He fits in perfectly and we are adjusting well!
